The success of the University of Georgia’s Blue Key tradition is due in large part to the financial support provided by Blue Key alumni and friends. Blue Key initiates are not required to pay dues or an initiation fee. UGA Blue Key strongly believes that selection for membership should be based solely on merit and not paying dues; one-time fee for national Blue Key dues is paid from funds contributed by UGA Blue Key alumni.
Contributions from UGA Blue Key alumni and friends continue the tradition of the Tucker Dorsey Scholarship which is awarded each year. Support also provides the funding needed to continue the overall programs of UGA Blue Key.
The students of Blue Key are especially grateful for support from four major sponsors: UGA Office of the President, AT&T, the Richard B. Russell Foundation, and the UGA Office of the Vice President for Government Relations.
